Today I am taking part in a shoe box swap with my fellow team. This is a great way for us demo’s to get great ideas and cards for our displays. I am looking forward to seeing everyone’s cards.
But unknowingly my design fell into a the Freshly Made Sketches for this month. So this is the sketch below.
And this is my card.
I have used from the new Autumn/winter catalogue Year of cheer speciality Dsp, Labels of love stamp set, everyday labal punch and champange foil.
From the annual catalogue I have used Star of Light stamp set and 11/8 gold ribbon. I have embossed the stars and labels of love stamp with silver/gold embossing power. I still get a wow feeling when I watch the melting from dull powder to a bright and shiny metallic finish.
The Freshly Made Sketches link is here, so please have a look at the fabulous cards which have been uplosded. such great ideas.

I love being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator because today I was able to view and pre order from the new up and coming Autumn/Winter catalogue! Oh my gosh it makes you feel very festive and the Christams songs are beginning to swirl around in my head like a snow blizzard!
One of the sets is called Carols for Christmas and I was fortunate enough to play with this stamp set and matching dies at a recent team meeting hosted by Sandra Roberts.
This was a lovely boxed frame picture we made and was easy (even though I managed to put the glue on the wrong section) but at least I know what I’m doing next time.
We also did a team swap and these two beautiful cards were made by Tara Stay and Sandra. Well my mind was made up and today this bundle made it’s way onto my order! I can’t wait to start planning for my Christmas card classes.
Well if you fancy making these lovely projects then you can because Stampin ‘ Up! have released it early for customers to order as from today!

Today I am show casing the fantastic Delightful Daisy suite – Stamps, punch and beautiful Designer Paper! This scrapbook layout is of my daughter Kezia when she was 7 months old. I bought this lovely Daisy dress and was desperate for a photo of her with a daisy before she outgrew it. However we had a problem as she couldn’t sit up on her own so what you can’t see is the pillows propping her up! As soon as a saw the papers I knew I had re do her page. As well as the Daisy suite I also used the heart for the Sunshine wishes thinlit dies, pretty label punch and the sentiment from the colorful seasons stamp set.
Next I made some daisies with the punch and stamp set and mounted them on green florist wire. I used a small pot which I decorated with designer paper. It makes a lovely display and just think of what they would look like in vibrant colours!
The card had the sentiment heat embossed with white embossing powered and the edge was using a thinlit die from the seasonal layers dies.
Lastly the inside of the card, sentiment and some flowers stamped on whisper white card. And it makes a lovely effect under the scallops when card is laid flat.
I hope you have been been Inspired with this lovely set. Thank you for dropping by, please do leave a comment below and join Rebecca Chivers and her lovely projects.

Today I am showcasing a birthday card I made for one of my new customers. She is completely new to card making and is really enjoying getting creative. I used the Butterfly Basics stamp set as this was one of the sets she chose to start with as it was suitable for all occasions and I wanted to give her an idea how to use it. I also teamed it up with the Butterfly framelits and small punch.
Once again I have used my favourite colours Sweet Sugarplum, Rich Razzleberry and the soon retiring Mini Macaron.
